TRALEE DYNAMOS 3 FC CARLOW 0
Three is the magic number for Tralee Dynamos:
Tralee Dynamos picked up their first three points of the season with a 3-0 win over FC Carlow at a sundrenched Cahermoneen. Dynamos started the game very brightly and from the first minute were on the offensive. Indeed in the 8th minute it looked like they had taken the lead when Brian Fitzgerald met a James Sugrue corner with a bullet header that came down off the underside of the crossbar but didnt cross the line.

Chris Kerins, Eoin Cassidy,
Jonathon Burrows who each scored against FC Carlow
Dynamos were working hard all over the field but were nearly rocked in the 12th minute when Shane Clarke found space outside the box and hit a shot which Wayne Guthrie did well to tip over and from the corner the keeper again did well when he punched clear.
His clearance found Eoin Cassisdy but he shot wide as Dynamos looked very lively on the break.Jonathan Burrows, Eoin Cassidy and Chris Kerins all went close before they got the vital breakthrough. James Sugrue picked out Burrows with a pin-point pass and he made no mistake from just inside the box. The home side doubled their lead on the 33rd minute. Following a good Dynamos move the ball was put behind for a corner and when Sugrue, who was excellent all day especially with set pieces, drilled in the low corner Eoin Cassidy was unmarked and smashed it home.

Indeed a minute later it could have been three when a great move involving Duggan and Kerins
saw Jamie McIntyre
volleying over.
2-0 at half time and any hope of an FC Carlow revival was shattered in the ninth minute of the second period
when Chris Kerins headed home another Sugrue corner.

For here on the game died out a little with Dynamos comfortable and FC Carlow not able to create anything meaningful.
Theo Diggins, who came on as sub, Eddie Duggan and Chris Kerins all went close to extending the Dynamos lead but it
stayed at 3-0 and three points to the home side.

Chris Kerins was named the Celcius Man of the Match but in fairness it could have been any of the fourteen players used and this sets Dynamos up very nicely for next Sunday's Ford F.A.I. Cup first round calsh with Clonmel Town.
