As per the club website I believe you are the contact- is it Noel ?
Sorry to trouble you but I wonder if you could be helpfull in respect of information on your club.
I know you were founded in 1961 (would you be the oldest club in Kerry ?). You were original founders (come back to  this later) of the Desmond League and played there till the formation of the Kerry League in 1971. (As per the DL web). In 1995 you joined the MSL and were Div 1 Runn/up in your first season gaining promotion to the Prem Div. Unsure of when or why you left the MSL but suspect you and Killarney Celtic (will you permitt me to mention them? !) left due to travelling costs.
OK the questions do you have details of all  your Kerry Championships or are the ones posted on honours board the only ones(seems unfinished). Apart from MSL Div 1 Runn/up  1995/96 did you have any other succcesses ? Also any details of league wins whilst in the Desmond League as their honours board only starts for 74/75
What is confusing re Desmond League seems quite clear league started in 1955 and you were one of the founding clubs a full 6 years before your own formation  I will question this with Desmond league, it may be a mis-print or was there an earlier incarnation of the club.
Which leads to my last question, though you date back to 1961, is there any knowledge of soccer in Tralee or indeed Kerry before 1961 ?
Everyone is aware of Kerry's rich GAA football heritage  and I dare say in times gone bye it would have been deamed a (if you forgive me) cardinal sin to be seen playing a "foreign" game in your particular county. But as has been the case in a number of towns around Ireland which were (again forgive me) "garrison" towns soccer is known to have been played between millitary and townspeople, which led to club formations which in turn would fold if not a strong soccer town. I wonder if this was the case with Tralee (if so I doubt not many matches beteen town & army 1918-1921).
Apologise for tr oubling you and appreciate any info you can come back with.
Regards
