K.D.L. PREMIER: Tralee
Dynamos 2 St. Brendan's Park 2 Dynamos picked up their first points of the
season in the first local derby with a hard fought battling performance. Goals
from Maxwell Mugabe and a fantastic individual effort from Ivan "Bob"
Maher gave us a 2 - 1 lead at the end of the first half. Park were to level in
the second half and despite the best efforts of Dynamos we had to settle for a
point. Team: Timmy Cotter, Ashton
Mugabe, Jason Fitzgerald, Eoin Fitzgerald, Mossie Hogan, Sean O'Reilly,
Anthony Shanahan, Jeffrey Roche, Glen McCarthy, Ivan Maher, Maxwell Mugabe. Subs: Prossomariti
Valerio for Maxwell Mugabe, Aiden O'Connell for Mossie Hogan, Trevor Murphy for

K.D.L. PREMIER: Tralee
Dynamos 0 Lisselton Rovers 5 - Dynamos put in a tough workman
like performance against League champions Lisselton who are still smarting from
their exit from the F.A.I. Junior Cup to Tralee Celtic. Dynamos conceeded 2
goals in a 3 minute spell from the 15th to the 18th minute that guaranteed all 3
points for Lisselton. From the 18th minute in the first half till the 70th
minute they kept Lisselton at bay with resolute defending. Dynamos will have
grievance with the 3rd goal as contact was made with Dynamos keeper Timmy Cotter
who had the ball in his grasp only for impact to dislodge the ball to the feet
of Lisseltons striker to score from 3 yards. Team: Timmy Cotter, Ashton Mugabe,
Ivan Maher, Sean O'Reilly, Mossie Hogan, Prossomariti Valerio, Kamel Mohammed
Benaddan, Anthony Shanahan, Jeffrey Roche, Glen McCarthy, Maxwell Mugabe. Subs:
Jerry Fitzgerald for Maxwell Mugabe, Robson Mugabe for Prossomariti Valerio,
Paolo Biedanelli for Jerry Fitzgerald (inj.)

K.D.L. PREMIER: Inter
Kenmare 3 Tralee Dynamos 0. Dynamos second game within 72 hours and we remain
pointless. Inter Kenmare scored on the stroke of half time and then got a very
disputed penalty that changed the game completely. Again Dynamos lined out with
a very young side with a lot of work needed to done to bring these players up to
premier level. A Jeffrey Roche free kick rebounded back off the cross bar was
the closest Dynamos came to scoring. Team: Robert Birdsall, Trevor
Murphy, Jonathon McCoy,
Chris O'Sullivan, Jeffrey Roche, Mossie Hogan, Glen McCarthy, Anthony Shanahan,
Diarmuid Lee, Maxwell Mugabe, Jerry Fitzgerald. Subs: Gary Nolan for
Mossie Hogan, Declan Clifford for Diarmuid Lee, Sean O'Reilly for Glen McCarthy,

K.D.L. PREMIER: Tralee
Celtic 5 Tralee Dynamos 1. It has been said often that the team that makes the
least mistakes win matches. Tralee Celtic while good value for the win might
accept that a closer scoreline would have been a fair reflection on this match.
Dynamos with a new squad assembled will take a lot of positives from this match
and look forward to the challenge of Inter Kenmare this Sunday. Diarmuid Lee
scored Dynamos goal after been set up by Sean O'Reilly his shot from 25 yards
beat Dermot Raggett in the Celtic goal. Many thanks to the A championship side
who provided great support for the team led by head coach Jason
Fitzgerald. Team: Robert Birdsall, Ashton Mugabe, Billy Guerin,
Chris O'Sullivan, Jeffrey Roche, Sean O'Reilly, Glen McCarthy, Anthony Shanahan,
Trevor Murphy, Jerry Fitzgerald. Subs: Jonathon McCoy for Ivan Maher,
Diarmuid Lee for Trevor Murphy, Craig O'Hara for Ashton Mugabe.Gary Nolan, Aiden
O'Connell, Sentan Ondemir, Neil O'Sullivan.

PRE-SEASON FRIENDLY: Tralee Dynamos 1
Ballymac Galaxy 3. Sean O'Reilly from the penalty spot was Dynamos only goal in
the second half when the team trailed 3-0. Dynamos used 27 players in this game
a mixture of last seasons division 1 side and also a number of youth players.
Many thanks to Ballymac Galaxy & their manager David Leen for a competitive
game and also to Seamus O'Mahony who refereed the game.

FUTSAL: Today was the turn of our
K.D.L. team to take part in the Futsal at the very impressive Listowel Community
Centre. Futsal is a terrific game played at great speed and intensity. Goals
galore dominated both our games unfortunately we came out the wrong side of the
scoreline on both occassions. We had a young squad present and great credit for
their commitment and skill. Well done to Tony Duggan, Listowel Community Centre
& Darren Aherne F.A.I. Regional Development Officer for the professional
organisation of the event. Team: Barry Galvin, Ashton Mugabe, Sean Foley,
Robson Mugabe, David Rusk, Mossie Hogan, Eoin Fitzgerald (5
goals), Maxwell Mugabe, Diarmuid Lee.

and scored 8 goals in the process. Maxwell Mugabe 3 Mossie Hogan 2 Ashton
Mugabe 2 Sean Foley 1. Edgar McGrath, Barry Galvin & David Rusk completed
the squad.

FRIENDLY: Rathcoole Rovers
(Cork) 5 Tralee Dynamos 0. A tough start to the pre season for this
new Dynamos team despite a good start with plenty of good passing movements.
Rathcoole asserted themselves applying a lot of pressure all over the park.
Rathcoole are about 5 weeks ahead of us in their preparations for the new
season. Rathcoole led 1-0 at half time thanks to the goalkeeping heroics of Tim
Cotter. With a number of changes at half time the second half was a
testing half. Dynamos could have some grievances with goals 3 & 5 both were
offside goals. In truth the scoreline did not flatter the hosts who were very
good value for their win. Many thanks to Paul Brophy of Rathcoole for organising
the game and a special mention for Alfie who had the pitch in prisine condition.
