Listowel Celtic 0 Tralee Dynamos B 2 

We travelled to Listowel 2 take on there B side on a lovely Sunday afternoon. We had Benn out injured, and niall carrying a injured ankle. We had coming back into the team Richie, Edgar, Patrick and new signing Mick and Tom. Throughout the first they were getting down our right hand side with ease, with Darren not getting back 2 help simon who was off the pace. We battled hard, all over the park, and when the threatened we defended well with well timed tackles by Gheorge, Pa and Patrick. Chris and Robert we working hard up front and Sonic and Ado steming the tide in the middle.

During half time I had 2 have a few hash words 2 them 2 get them geed up 4 the second half, in which I made a change taking Simon off and putting Edgar on right full and moving Gheorge 2 left full. We seemed to be better balanced and within 1 min Edgar clattered the winger 2 say hello. The game ebbeb and flowed but still no real danger to Richie’s goal, but when called upon he dealt with what ever arrived. At half  time I encouraged us 2 put the ball over the back line 2 get them turning back 2 there goal, which we were not doing.

 With 15 mins into the second half I made a double change taking off Chris and Tom and bringing on Naill and Mick. Within 2 mins Mick picks up the ball, plays a lovely ball over there full back 2 darren and keeping his nerve draws the keeper an we score. All of a sudden everyone picks up there game and we take control. 10 mins later we get a second , when again ball going down our left ball swung over and with Robert losing his marker he gets his 1st goal 4 the club. 

The last 10 mins we totally lose control of the game when they start 2 push players forward and we stop working up front and midfield. In fairness 2 our Defence who were great we were swamped but held out for our 1st win. Before the end Robert ran out of steam and Owen replaced him.
